The grapes are crushed and destemmed. Then we have a long maceration of 4 weeks to extract slowly and softly the aromas, tannins and colour with daily pumping over and releasing. Ageeing in concrete tanks in order to show the purest expression of the terroir and the fruit.

This wine has a deep ruby red colour with a very aromatic nose showing red cherry, blackcurrant and spices. Succulent tannic structure with fine and silky tannins.
The finale is long and spicy but still very smooth.
To be enjoy from now on and can be kept 6-8 years. Serve at 16-17°C
To be enjoyed with grilled meat, tajines, and with fine cheeses.
